121 Meeting @EST

SRICT Believes in enhancing dedication of students towards their goal. An “ONLINE ONE TO ONE MEETING” was organized for 3rd-semester students by the Department of Environmental Science and Technology with respected Principal sir Dr. Shrikant Wagh, Vice Principal sir Dr. Snehal Lokhandwala and HOD,DEST Ms.Pratibha Gautam.
Principal Sir and Vice Principal Sir appreciated students for their performance in weekly tests, encouraged them to strive towards their goal through continuous hardwork in terms of working hours. Students shared their plans regarding their long term goal and their interests in different activities were also studied.
One to one meeting was coordinated by Class Coordinator Ms. Anjali Nair.

Department of Environmental Science and Technology & Institution of Engineers, IEI jointly organized an expert lecture for first semester ME students on 24/11/2020 on the topic “AERMOD".
The session was delivered  by Mr. Sudhanshu Kumar(Director of Technical Services,Envitrans Private Limited) and coordinated by Mrs.Anjali Nair under guidance of Mrs.Pratibha Gautam (HOD, Environmental Science and Technology).
Students were highly benefited and gained knowledge about AERMOD,AERMET, review and terms used in AERMET and run stream image description. Students were immensely benefited by this lecture.

Laboratory sessions @EST


"Nothing can stop SRICT in Pandemic too"

Department of Environmental Science & Technology is organizing laboratory practical sessions for the students to have hands-on experience.
All the safety precautions of COVID 19 are followed as per MHA guidelines.
Students and parents very well appreciated the efforts by the department.

Project Review @ EST

Department of Environmental Science & Technology of SRICT organised an online Project-II review presentation activity for 7th Semester Students on 09/10/2020. In total 10 groups (41 students) presented their work. Students focused on, methodology to be followed, experimental setup & model selection. The presentation was followed by question answer session. Students participated in the discussion realized the importance of such activities for the development of research, presentation and communication skills. Faculty members of DEST reviewed the progress of the students and gave their inputs to improve the quality of projects.
