1) BE FIRST YEAR ADMISSIONS
The candidate seeking admission after HSC must apply at Gujarat Admission Committee
for Professional Courses (ACPC). A grand merit list is prepared and Candidates get
admission in branches of their choices at various colleges of Gujarat according
to merit in council.
HSC PASSOUT
For the purpose of admission, a candidate shall have passed the Qualifying Examination
i.e. HSC with 45 % (40 % for reserved categories like SEBC/SC/ST) and GUJCET is
minimum eligibility for admission in Engineering and Technology courses.
ELIGIBLE SUBJECTS
Passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along
with one of the Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subject/
Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Informatics Practices/ Agriculture/ Engineering
Graphics/ Business Studies. Obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates
belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together.

DIPLOMA ENGINEERING
Passed Diploma (in Engineering and Technology) examination with at least 45% marks
(40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) subject to vacancies
in the First Year, in case the vacancies at lateral entry are exhausted.
ADMISSION PROCEDURE FOR ON LINE ADMISSIONS:
- Registration for state level entrance exam i.e. GUJCET
- Appear for entrance exam
- Procurement of PIN and Registration with ACPC for admissions
- Choice filling for college and course selection
- On line payment to ACPC for confirmation of admissions
- Reporting to college
PROCESS FOR OFFLINE (MQ / VQ) ADMISSIONS:
- Walk in to Institute

2) D2D ADMISSIONS (DIPLOMA TO SECOND YEAR DEGREE ENGINEERING)
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
1). DIPLOMA ENGINEERING
As per AICTE process Handbook 2020-21, Any Diploma Engineering student can take
admission in Any Degree Engineering course from Second year i.e. Third semester
MINIMUM AGGREGATE MARKS:
For the purpose of admission, the minimum aggregate marks which a candidate shall
have obtained in qualifying examination shall be as per norms and requirements prescribed
by the AICTE, New Delhi for lateral entry to the Second Year under Graduate Development
Programs for the current academic year.
2). SCIENCE GRADUATE (B.SC.)
Passed B.Sc. Degree from a recognized University as defined by UGC, with at least
45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) and passed
10+2 examination with Mathematics as a subject.
a). Provided that the students belonging to B.Sc. Stream, shall clear the subjects
Engineering
Graphics/ Engineering Drawing and Engineering Mechanics of the First Year Engineering
Program along with the Second year subjects.
b). Provided that the students belonging to B.Sc. Stream shall be considered only
after filling the Supernumerary seats in this category with students belonging to
the Diploma stream.
3). VOCATIONAL COURSES ( D.Voc.)
Passed Diploma Vocational in relevant discipline or allied stream

3) SCHOLARSHIP SCHEMES
3.1). MUKHYAMANTRI YUVA SWAVLAMBAN YOJNA BY GOVT OF GUJARAT
Student who has secured more than 80 percentile in HSC examination and his/her family
income less than Rs.6 Lakh per annum, he /she will eligible for this scholarship
.Government of Gujarat will pay up 50 % of his/ her station fee or up to Rs.50,000.00
whichever is less. SRICT College will help eligible student for get benefits from
Government of Gujarat.
3.2). FREE SHIP CARD BY GOVT OF GUJARAT
Student who is belong to SC category and his/her family income would be less than
2.50 lakh is eligible for this scheme. Free Ship Card is issued by Director, Scheduled
Caste Welfare
3.3). SCHOLARSHIP SCHEMES FOR THE STUDENTS FROM ECONOMICALLY WEAKER FAMILY BY ANKLESHWAR
ROTARY EDUCATION SOCIETY
SRICT management supports students from Economical Weaker Family for their engineering
education in SRICT, traveling by college bus, and staying at Hostel. This support
is to the extent of 50% and 100% depending upon the annual income of the student’s
family.
4) EDUCATIONAL LOAN SCHEMES OF INDIAN BANKS ASSOCIATION:
Purpose:
Payment of course fees. Purchase of books, equipment, instruments, uniform, payment
of hostel fees, examination fees, and study tours for studies in India
Eligible Courses Professional courses:
Engineering, Medical, Agriculture, Veterinary, Law, Dental, Computer, Management,
etc.
Processing fee:
No processing / upfront charges may be levied on loans sanctioned under the scheme.
Repayment:
Commences two years after completion of the course or six months after getting employment,
whichever is earlier.
Loan with interest is repayable in equated monthly instalments within:
- For loans Upto Rs.7.5 lacs – 10 years after commencement of repayment
- For loans above Rs.7.5 Lakhs - up to 15 years after commencement of repayment
- No prepayment penalty
- Credit Delivery
Loan can be availed from the branch nearest to the place of permanent residence
of the Parent / guardian. Ostentation of UID number (Aadhaar) of the student is
compulsory
Rate of interest
- Interest to be charged at rates linked to the Base rate as decided by individual
banks
- Simple interest to be charged during the study period and up to commencement of
repayment.
Eligibility:
- Should be an Indian National with no specific restriction for age of the student.
- Should have secured admission on merit to professional/technical courses in India
including management quota.
A candidate who has passed the qualifying examination after appearing in the supplementary
examination conducted by the Board shall be eligible for admission in the current
academic year on the vacant seats declared under rule 19.
